The centre has two swimming pools, a 80+ station gym, muli-purpose sprts hall (available for badminton, basketball and private hire), 5 multi purpose studios, buzz zone - soft play area for children, a creche, cafe and meeting room.

Swimming Pools

Voted 'Best Public Swimming Pool in the UK' by The Independent, and widely commended for its swimming lessons and programme of childrens activities including a creche facilty that parents can use whilst using the centre.

Swimming facilities include a regional competition sized pool of 25m x 6 lanes and a 20m teaching pool with a moveable floor that can be raised or lowered for easier access.

The gym is based over two floors and no matter how active your lifestyle at the moment we have the facilities and activities and sessions to compliment your training.

At your gym induction you will gain access to our fitness programme tailored to your individual needs according to your ability and goals. You will be shown how to use the equipment safely and effectively to ensure you get the most from your workout.

Sessions and Group Exercise Classes

There are over 60 weekly classes for you to choose from. All our classes are suitable for men or women irrespective of age or fitness levels or current ability. We run a number of different activities for adults and juniors. We have our buzz programme tailored for children up to 11 years old.
