Access to and use of the Mytime Active website are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein and all applicable laws. Mytime Active reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this notice. This Agreement represents the agreement between you and Mytime Active concerning access to the Mytime Active website and takes precedence over all such existing communications and/or agreements.

You acknowledge that whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information contained in the Mytime Active website is accurate and up-to-date, Mytime Active makes no warranty as to its accuracy and you accept that any and all use of information contained on the Mytime Active web site is at your own risk.

Mytime Active shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from your access to and/or use of or inability to access and/or use the Mytime Active web site. You accept that the entire content of the Mytime Active website is protected by copyright and that Mytime Active is either the proprietor or licensee of all copyright in the material contained thereon. Mytime Active reserves all its rights as copyright proprietor of the Mytime Active website and prohibits without limitation downloading, distribution, exhibition, copying, adaptation, modification of and dealing in any copyright material contained therein without the express written authorisation of Mytime Active.

You are advised that all communications made via the Mytime Active website and/or email including but not limited to competition entries is strictly on a non-confidential basis and you hereby grant to Mytime Active an exclusive perpetual licence to use the content of any such communication for any purposes whatsoever.

You are advised that Mytime Active lawfully uses any and all images of people and/or places and/or events and that any misuse of these images by you is prohibited. You are reminded that any such misuse of images may be a violation of copyright law, trade mark law, rights of privacy, laws of defamation and/or obscenity and other legal provisions. You acknowledge that Mytime Active reserves all its rights as proprietor of all its trade marks and logos.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Like us to Win - Golf Fourball

• To enter the prize draw individuals must 'like' the centre Facebook page.
• The only prize available is a fourball ticket.
• The prize is only redeemable at the Mytime Golf site at which it was won; it cannot be transferred to another site.
• Individuals may enter the competition on as many Mytime Golf Facebook pages as they like.
• Individuals will only be eligible to win a prize at one Mytime Golf centre.
• Both season ticket holders and pay and play golfers are eligible to win the prize.
• Prize must be redeemed / booked by 30th May
• Winners will be announced by name on the website and Facebook page on 19th March 2012
• The winner must be over 16 years of age.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• Closing date for entries is Midnight 18th March 2012
• Employees of Mytime Active are not eligible to win.

2012 Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted the Challenge rules and T&Cs and to agree to be bound by them when completing the registration form and entering the prize draw. All information provided will be held by Mytime Active and used for communication purposes. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation.
2. A FREE* Challenge T-shirt will be awarded to participants upon their first points scoring visit to a Mytime Active site from the 1st May 2012. Only one T-shirt per participant, no replacement items will be given. T-shirts only available in selected sizes as provided.
3. Only points scored at Mytime Active sites and facilities will be counted towards your Challenge Target. These will be clearly listed in the Challenge Passports.
4. Only passports with completed activity information will be included in the draw. Each visit must also be accompanied with a Mytime 2012 Challenge stamp otherwise the points from that visit will not count towards the total.
5. It is the responsibility of the individual to check the correct calculation of their points total. Any passports received with insufficient points total will not be included in the prize draw.
6. Winners will be drawn at random from the approved completed passports and will be announced on the Mytime Active website on Friday 14th September. Only the winners of the prizes will be contacted directly to acknowledge their success.
   All prizes are fixed and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
   Gold Challenge: 1st - £500; 2nd – 6 Month Membership; 3rd - £50
   Silver Challenge: 1st - £300; 2nd – 4 Month Membership; 3rd - £50
   Bronze Challenge: 1st - £150; 2nd – 2 Month Membership; 3rd - £50
7. Membership prizes will be awarded to the individual who signed up to the challenge initially, and can either be a Leisure or Golf membership. Cash prizes will be presented via cheque and written out to the participant as detailed on the registration form. Where a Membership or cash prize is won by a ‘family’ challenge entrance, the prize will be awarded to the individual who registered for the challenge.
8. Current members who win a membership prize will have the extra months added onto the end of their current membership block. Refunds cannot be given on existing memberships.
9. Employees of Mytime Active are not eligible to win any of the prizes.
10. Mytime Active reserves the rights to cancel or amend ‘Challenge’ rules at any time.

Summer of Celebration Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers are only redeemable for the offer stated on the voucher and may not be exchanged for any other offer or monetary value.
2. Vouchers must be competed in full to be redeemed. Any incomplete voucher will be refused.
3. Vouchers must be used by the expiry date or within the dates shown.
4. Vouchers must be produced at time of payment; once transaction has been completed discounts can no longer be applied. If the voucher is being used as payment for an advance booking, the voucher must be presented at the time the booking is made for the discount to be applied.
5. Discounts, 2 for 1 and 3 for 2 offers apply to non-member rates only.
6. 2 for 1 vouchers for group exercise can be redeemed against any class (subject to availability) and must be claimed with both participants attending the same class.
7. 2 for 1 Range Balls can be redeemed at both Bromley and Orpington Golf Centres.
8. Function room hire discounts apply to one-off events only and not regualr bookings
9. Centre terms and conditions including the Mytime Active swimming admission policy applies.
