Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: Cobtree Manor Park Golf Course- Maidstone
Salary: £15,000.00 - £17,000.00 Dependent of Experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time 40hrs a week (Shifts may include evenings, weekends or early mornings)

We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our existing team and work closely with the food and beverage manager to aid with the running of the Kitchen alongside the head chef.

Duties will include working closely with the food and beverage manager to prepare and deliver quality Food:

  • Prepare food and complete ordering
  • Ensuring kitchen is run smoothly with all relevant paper work
  • Running of functions and day to day shifts

Preparing food is essential and bar experience is preferred, although training will be provided in all areas.

This person will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, you must have good communication skills and be able to motivate/ supervise a team of staff and have previous experience of working within a team.
