What has happened to my membership?
Unless we have heard from you, your membership has been automatically frozen.
For Direct Debit members, this means you pay nothing for the period of our closure and your membership will be reactivated when we reopen.
For annual members, the length of our closure period will be added to your membership when we reopen.
If you would like to support your club, we have a range of alternative options for your membership, which include; £100 food and beverage levy or membership donation.
View and select your membership options here: https://www.mytimeactive.co.uk/your-membership-options
You do not need to do anything with your Direct Debit.
Why should I donate my membership to Mytime Active?
We are an independent charity and all of our profits are reinvested into our services – your support at this difficult time is much appreciated and will allow us to continue our work in the local community and support our staff during this difficult time.

When will your golf centres be open again?
We are continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and following advice from Public Health England. We will email updates as soon as there is any change to the current restrictions. Please make sure to check www.mytimeactive.co.uk for the most up to date information.
What will happen to my membership when your golf courses reopen?
Your membership will automatically be reactivated when our golf courses reopen. You will be notified by email when this happens. Please also check the website www.mytimeactive.co.uk for up to date information.
What will happen to my Direct Debit payment?
You do not need to cancel your Direct Debit, we will automatically adjust it for you. No payments will be taken throughout the duration of our closure.
What if I have an Annual Membership?
We will extend your membership by the amount of time our courses are closed for, this will happen after the course reopen. You will not lose any of your membership due to the forced closures.
What will happen to the balance on my Levy Card?
The expiry date on your levy card credit will be extended by the length of our period of closure. You will not lose any of your levy card credit due to the forced closures.
What will happen to my events/hire booking?
Any event or room hire bookings will be deferred to a mutually agreed time when the centre is open. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
What will happen to my coaching sessions?
Your unused sessions will be honoured when the courses reopen.
Will my handicap be affected?
We have consulted with England Golf and the advice is that the closure should not affect your handicap. Please visit the England Golf website further advice: https://www.englandgolf.org/clubs-golfers-covid-19/
Can I still contact my club?
Yes. We are in contact with the club throughout the closure. Please continue to chat to you club through the usual channels. We are all working together to reduce the disruption and get you all golfing again as soon as possible.
What will happen to my Get Active in Golf sessions?
Due to the closure, all Get Active in Golf sessions have been suspended and sessions will begin again when we reopen. If you are already taking part in or have purchased a Get Active in Golf course, your place on the course will be reserved and we will contact you to inform you of the new session dates.
Can I still walk on the greens?
Although government guidelines still allow for you to exercise outside once a day, in order to maintain the courses condition and allow for us to open with healthy greens, we ask that you do not walk on our greens for the period of our closure. This will help our greenkeepers minimise any delay between restrictions being lifted and us reopening. Thank you for your cooperation.
