Position: Exercise Referral Administrator
Reports to: Health Programme Manager
Location: Bromley offices
Salary: £17,000 – 19,000, pro rata, (Depending on experience)
Job Type: 32 hours per week (4days/week)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Individual with an interest in the health related benefits of physical activity for adults with specific medical conditions to work on our Health programmes in the borough of Bromley.
You will be the first point of call for our service users and for our referring Healthcare Professionals and GP’s so excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner are essential.
You will be responsible for the management and inputting of patient data so compliance with GDPR and Patient confidentiality will be required, plus well developed IT skills especially in Microsoft word and Excel and with bespoke data management systems. Experience of working within a health related setting would be desirable but not essential.
You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work areas and meet deadlines and be able to undertake other general office duties as required.
A minimum of 2 years experience of working in an administration role is required.
