Reports to:      Contract/ Programme manager

Location:         London

Salary:             £18,000.00 - £21,000.00 pro rata

Job Type:         20 Hrs. per week - Fixed Term Contract until  31/10/2020

Start date:      ASAP

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, organised and motivated individual with an interest in community-based Health services.

Acting as the first point of call for our service users, you will be required to manage bookings over the phone, assist with programme administration, monitor and collate data to enable you to report on service progress as well as provide general office administration to ensure the smooth operational running of the services.

This role will be based at the Mytime Active office, within London.

Note this role may at times require flexibility to ensure we meet the needs of the service and may require evening/weekend work at peak/busy times.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st October 2020.


Within your role you will be given a main contract focus within London health contracts and be expected to monitor and report on this service to the relevant programme manager, in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to have a good knowledge of other contracts within the business and at times support across these contracts when the need arises. General office administration will also be required within this role to ensure smooth operational running of the services.


You should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work areas and meet deadlines.  You will be responsible for corresponding with a range of colleagues, clients and partners and therefore you must possess well developed interpersonal communication skills. You must also have experience working as part of a team. 

You will need well developed IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to collate data and present it clearly and concisely for colleagues.


Previous administration experience of general office administration and supporting client facing services is greatly beneficial as well as confidence using databases and ensuring data is well maintained.
