How long have you worked for Mytime Active?
21 months. I started on a 1 year apprenticeship after career changing.
 
Describe your day?
My day starts at 10am, which allows me to take my son to school. Every day is different. I get to meet different people and help solve different issues from calls in to the IT Service Desk to site visits, which in turn benefits colleagues and improves the wellbeing of our customers.
 
What’s the best thing about working for Mytime Active?
The feeling that we are making a difference to people's lives in the communities we operate in, from the health programmes like MEND to social interactions in golf to the fitness and social interactions in the leisure centres. It is a great feeling to live local and personally see and enjoy the benefits of what we do within my community.
 
What makes you proud to work for Mytime Active?
I am proud to work for Mytime Active because of the huge family feeling within the organisation. It feels like we are all pulling in the same direction to achieve the same goals. I feel like the well-being of customers and staff are paramount to the success of the company. It also helps that I work in a very driven, customer service-based environment which is fun, passionate and extremely focused on achieving the best possible experiences to all of our users.
