A family healthier lifestyle programme based on nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change.

 The programme consists of 12 weekly sessions, each lasting two hours, for children aged 7-13 who are above a healthy weight, accompanied by a parent or carer.

We cover:

  • Regular eating and healthy family habits
  • Family meal planning and routines
  • Understanding fats and sugars
  • Portion sizes
  • Learning to read food labels on a supermarket tour
  • Balanced eating
  • Reducing screen time and sedentary  behaviour
