Position: Party Co-ordinator
Reports to: Buzz Zone/F&B Manager
Location: Orpington, Kent
Salary: £6,830.72 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, 16 hours per week
Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to manage the booking process of our children’s parties at this centre.  Within this role you will play a key part in the customer experience and will be the first point of contact for customers’ enquiries and bookings for children’s parties. 

There are no specific qualifications required for this job role but experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable.  Our ideal candidate will have a professional and manner. Good communication (spoken and written), numeracy and IT skills are essential.  You will need to be self-motivated but also be able to work as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Responding to customer enquiries regarding children’s parties (face to face, by phone or email)
  • Displaying excellent knowledge of the party products and services provided
  • Making bookings for parties using our computerised system and taking payments by cash or card.
  • Reconciling a till at the end of shift.
