Aqua Active - 4 x free swimming sessions
- Aqua Active is open to people with a disability or complex needs. This includes children, young people and adults.
- Individuals must register to via the Contact Centre or website to be eligible to receive 4 free Aqua Active swimming sessions.
- 1 carer can access the pool for free as per Mytime Active’s normal operating procedures.
- Sessions are available during scheduled general swimming times at The Pavilion Leisure Centre and Biggin Hill Pool.
- Registered Aqua Active members must sign in at Reception on arrival to gain access into the swimming pool
- Members will be required to follow the rules and operating procedures of each facility at all times.
- Mytime Active reserve the right to withdraw membership of the scheme should any breach of the scheme occur.
- Mytime Active shall take reasonable steps to notify all users of Aqua Active in advance of any such changes as provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
- The member warrants and represents that they are in good health and are not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive physical exercise. The member further warrants that such exercise would not be detrimental in any way to their mental or physical health, comfort, condition and/or wellbeing.

Perfect Shot Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to all customers of Mytime Active.
1.2. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
1.3. Employees of Mytime Active may enter but are not eligible to win prizes.
2. How to Enter
2.1. Entrants must capture a photograph taken on any Mytime Active golf course.
2.2. Entries must be submitted via the official entry form, including an uploaded image.
2.3. Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each photo counts as one separate entry.
3. Prize Information
3.1. Selected winning entries will receive £15 credit to spend at any Mytime Active centre or golf course.
3.2. Credit will only be awarded to entries that are chosen for use within Mytime Active marketing or promotional material.
3.3. A maximum of three (3) prizes per individual may be awarded.
4. Image Ownership & Usage Rights
4.1. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that the photograph is their own original work and that they have full rights to grant permission for its use.
4.2. By entering, the entrant grants Mytime Active a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute the image in any marketing, promotional, or publicity materials, in any format.
4.3. Mytime Active may use submitted images with or without credit to the photographer.
5. Selection Process
5.1. Images used for Mytime Active marketing will be selected by the Mytime Active Marketing Team based on suitability, quality, and relevance.
5.2. Selection does not guarantee future use of the image beyond initial publication.
6. General Terms
6.1. Mytime Active accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries.
6.2. Mytime Active reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the competition at any time.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

7. Data Protection
