Safeguarding

Mytime Active takes safeguarding seriously.

Safeguarding means protecting people's health, wellbeing and human rights, and enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect. It's fundamental to high-quality health and social care. (Care Quality Commission)

If you would like to raise a safeguarding concern, you can ask to speak to a member of staff at site or at your session, or contact Mytime Active using the form below.

Each site (or service within our health division) has a Safeguarding Champion who will deal with your concern appropriately.

Our company policy also has a structure in place with safeguarding leads who support the champion and a safeguarding director who oversees the whole area. We have strong links with our local authorities, who support us with any concerns and incidents.
