A range of exercise classes designed for post natal women. No need to worry about childcare, as all of our classes welcome babies, so you can have fun doing an activity, whilst also spending some time together with your newborn.
Taken by our pre and postnatal qualified staff, so you can exercise in a safe environment. There is no rush to get back into exercising after giving birth, it’s important that you listen to your body and allow time to recover. Before you start exercising, its important you consult your doctor for medical advice.
Post Natal Fitness
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a great way to get the heart pumping, and is a proven to burn excess body fat, particularly around the mid section. The perfect activity to do when you are short on time, as most HIIT classes last between 20 - 30 minutes.
Post Natal Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body, especially around the core, however you can expect to see strength improvements in your arms and legs too. Bring your baby along, suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to crawling age.

Yoga is associated with meditative practices helping you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and aids relaxation.
