Cookie Policy | Mytime Active

We're using cookies to help our website work better for you.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by most websites that you visit. They are widely used to improve your user experience by enabling that site to 'remember' you and thus work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site regarding how you use the site.

If a website doesn't use cookies, it may work a lot less efficiently, or not at all. For example, a site may think you are a new visitor each time you move to a new page or area of the site, even though you have logged in.

We do not use cookies to:

  • Identify logged out public visitors by name
  • Gather personal information about an individual (unless express permission is given, such as completing a job application form)

The table below explains the cookies we use and why:

__utma, __utmb, __utmc, __utmz These Google Analytics cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. We may occasionally use tools and systems to monitor the performance of the website for our users, and these tools may add cookies. We use social media across Mytime Active, and these services may use third party cookies set by their own doman, e.g. or

Google Analytics

The Mytime Active website uses the popular Google Analytics service: a simple, easy to use tool that allows us to measure how people interact with our site.

It does not identify you personally, but allows us to monitor the journeys users take through the website. This in turn allows us to improve the website. In addition to the pages you view, we also monitor how forms and different links on the site are used. We also use Google Analytics to track class bookings at our centres.
