Buzz Zone Terms & Conditions

To ensure all of our customers can enjoy the Buzz Zone soft play in a safe way and the equipment is kept in a good condition for all to enjoy please follow these terms and conditions of use.

Please read the following information carefully before visiting the Buzz Zone

Parents/guardians are responsible for behaviour of all children under their supervision
Parents/guardians failing to supervise children in their party may be asked to leave the premises
Shoes must not be worn in play areas
Socks and tops must be worn
No food and drink to be taken into the Buzz Zone, including sweets and chewing-gum
Children must be discouraged from throwing balls
Ensure that children are using equipment safely and not causing damage
The drop down slide must be supervised by a member of staff at all times
Only one child at a time may use the slide
Parents/guardians must ensure the landing area is clear before a child enters the slide
Children on the slide must be in a seated position, feet first and arms crossed over their chest, to avoid injury if contact is made with other children
Children must not climb onto the slide from the bottom
Children who are feeling ill must not use the Buzz Zone
All children must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) with parental responsibilities. The ratio for adult to child supervision is 2:1 for under 4s and 4:1 for over 4s. The adult will be responsible for the supervision of all children in their party while using the facility
A child may not use the facility if suffering from a contagious disease or recovering from a recent illness or injury. Children wearing a plaster cast are not permitted to use the facility
Please ensure no personal possessions (especially badges, jewellery, watches, sharp objects) are taken into the play area.
