We are passionate about wellbeing – about people living longer, healthier and happier lives. We know how important physical activity and healthy eating are to making us feel good. But wellbeing is not just about being active; it’s about making small lifestyle changes including healthier food choices and building confidence and self-esteem, whilst forming friendships along the way.

We match our passion with our knowledge and experience. As trusted experts, we put that knowledge into practice across everything we do, making it easy and fun for our customers and communities. Whoever you are and whatever your starting point, we will get you to where you want to be.

How do we measure wellbeing? We adopt the measure used by the Office of National Statistics which is based on how people feel about their own lives. Measures of personal well-being focus on overall satisfaction with life, the extent to which we feel the things we do are worthwhile and daily emotions such as happiness and anxiety.

As an independent charity we reinvest back into the community. This means by using our services you’re not just investing in a brighter future for yourself, but supporting your neighbourhood too. We’ve already helped hundreds of thousands of people move more, eat better, smile, laugh and make new friends, all in the name of living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
