Over 3700 walkers joined us for a Wellbeing Walk last year! Would like to join them?
They discovered how great it is for your health and your physical and mental wellbeing. If you’d like to get into walking and live in the Midlands and Bromley areas, then Mytime Active is here to help!
Mytime Active is part of the national Ramblers Wellbeing Walks network. We provide group walks led by trained volunteer walk leaders. All walks are specially designed to be short (30-90 minutes) and over easy ground, so they are ideal if you’ve never walked before. They’re a great way to meet new people, walk in good company, and give your health and wellbeing a boost. Maybe you would like some support to experience the joys of walking? Everyone is welcome, so why not give it a try?
Walks organised by Mytime Active are held at various locations via our Midlands and Bromley Wellbeing Hubs. You can find out more by contacting wellbeingwalks@mytimeactive.co.uk or looking on the Ramblers website

Interested in becoming a Volunteer Walk Leader for our Midlands Wellbeing Hub (based at Hatchford Brook and Pype Hayes).
As a volunteer walk leader, you’ll be helping people in your local community to get active and healthy, providing vital support that they otherwise might not get. Plus, you’ll stay active, develop your leadership skills, get to know your local area, and meet lots of new people. If you're interested in getting involved email midlands.wellbeing@mytimeactive.co.uk.
