Yoga for pregnancy

Join us for our Pregnancy Yoga sessions, lead by our prenatal expert instructors, allowing you to get a workout in safe environment for you and your baby.

Yoga, a meditative practice, helping you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and aids relaxation. During pregnancy, yoga can help you to enjoy your pregnancy with minimal discomfort and strengthen your body in preparation for labour. Yoga also offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby, and is the perfect place to meet and socialise other new Mums-to-be, whilst getting in a workout. Suitable for both yoga beginners and more advanced participants.
