Swimming is a fantastic, low impact way to get fitter, stronger and faster. Our Swim Fitness classes are led by Swim England-trained, fully qualified instructors, offering an innovative way to workout in the pool.

Each session provides a way to improve fitness, reach targets and train for personal challenges in a social, fun and safe environment. 

During the class, you'll learn routines and strokes, all at different speeds and lengths to encourage a more varied and challenging workout than traditional lane-swimming. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, develop stamina and resistance, lose weight, train for an event or return to exercise from injury, Swim Fitness provides a tailored, full-body workout to help swimmers reach their own specific goals.
