Fitness for mothers 

A range of exercise classes designed for women getting back into exercise after pregnancy. No need to worry about childcare, as this classes welcome tiny tots, so you can have fun doing an activity, whilst also spending some time together with your toddler.

The class is led by our expert staff, so you can exercise in a safe environment. Before you start exercising again, its important you consult your doctor for medical advice.

Yoga is associated with meditative practices helping you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and aids relaxation. Bring your baby along for our Tiny Tots session, suitable for babies aged 18 months to 2 years or our Toddler session, suitable for babies aged 2 to 3 years old.
