This September, Mytime Active is supporting Know Your Numbers Week! Taking place from 7th – 13th September 2026, we want to raise awareness of the importance of knowing your blood pressure.
High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, yet around one in three people in the UK are living with it. Knowing your blood pressure can be an important first step towards understanding your health and taking action to reduce your risk of serious conditions such as heart disease and stroke.
As part of our commitment to helping people live healthier, more active lives, Mytime Active will be encouraging our members and communities to take a moment to check their blood pressure and understand what their numbers mean.
Because looking after your health isn't just about being active - it's about knowing your health, understanding your risks and taking positive steps to feel your best.
Available to everyone not just members - so pop in and know your numbers!
