With over 70 classes a week to suit all ages, fitness levels and abilities, there really is something for everyone.
We run popular Les Mills classes like Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Step, Body Combat and Body Balance. Our other classes include Insanity, Zumba, aquafit, yoga, Pilates, group cycle, pole dance and many more.
Because we consider the needs of our community, our timetables also include classes and sessions pre and post natal women, parents and babies, and our Primetime participants.
