FREE Kids Breakfast at participating sites.

The Mytime Active FREE Kids Breakfast Offer ("offer") is available at participating sites only (The Pavilion in Bromley, Pype Hayes & Hatchford Brook in The Midlands).
The offer is available Monday to Friday between 9.15am and 10.15am, from the launch date until 2nd September 2026.
Children are entitled to one free breakfast per day during the promotional period.
The free breakfast includes a choice of toast, porridge or an apple only. No substitutions are available.
The offer is available while stocks last and is subject to availability.
No booking is required. Simply visit any participating site during the promotional times to redeem the Offer.
The offer is intended for children only. Mytime Active reserves the right to request that children are accompanied by a responsible adult where appropriate.
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative food or drink items.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher unless otherwise stated.

Bowling Offers at The Pavilion

The Mytime Active Summer Savers Bowling Offers ("offer") are available at The Pavilion Leisure Centre only.
The offer is valid for a limited promotional period throughout school holidays (Easter holidays, May half term, Summer holidays, October half term, Christmas holidays).
The following offers apply:
- Early Bird Special: £1 per person, per game, weekdays between 9.00am and 11.00am.
- Friday Nights: 2 games for £15 per person.
- Thursday & Sunday: 2 games for £10 per person.
Offers are subject to lane availability and advance booking is required.
The offer applies to standard bowling games only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or promotional code unless otherwise stated.
Shoe hire is not included where applicable. Food, beverages, arcade games and any other products or services are not included within the offer and must be paid for separately.
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative product or service.

The Mytime Active Summer Thank You Bowling Offer ("offer") is available to eligible Mytime Active members only.
Eligible members will receive 1 bowling games per calendar month, each valid for up to 4 players, from the date of launch 27th July until 30 September 2026.
Eligible memberships:
- Junior Leisure & Golf
- Junior Golf & Leisure
- Student
- Friends & Family Junior memberships,
Unused games do not roll over to subsequent months and have no cash value.
The offer is subject to lane availability and advance booking is required.
Games must be redeemed and played within the calendar month in which they are issued.

Free Personal Training Terms & Conditions

Complimentary 30-minute personal training session available to eligible Mytime Active members only
Offer is subject to availability - the session may not take place during Wellbeing Week (the team will be in touch to book you in).
Members must complete the enquiry form to register their interest.
A member of the fitness team will contact eligible members to arrange their session.
This offer is available to members who are not currently receiving personal training services.
Members who have attended, purchased, or received a personal training session within the previous six (6) months are not eligible for this offer.
One complimentary session per member.

This promotional membership offer is available for a limited time and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Offer Expiry: This offer is valid until 31st August 2026, after which it will no longer be available.
Membership Fees:
- Harborne: Annual Payment: £499 | Direct Debit: £49.90/month (12-month contract)
- Cocks Moors Woods: Annual Payment: £650 | Direct Debit: £65/month (12-month contract)
Eligibility: This offer is available to all.
Availability: The offer can be purchased online or in-centre at Harborne or Cocks Moors Woods.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any existing membership payments or for early termination of this offer.
Location Restriction:

Perfect Shot Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to all customers of Mytime Active.
1.2. Entrants must be aged 16 or over.
1.3. Employees of Mytime Active may enter but are not eligible to win prizes.

2. How to Enter
2.1. Entrants must capture a photograph taken on any Mytime Active golf course.
2.2. Entries must be submitted via the official entry form, including an uploaded image.
2.3. Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each photo counts as one separate entry.

3. Prize Information
3.1. Selected winning entries will receive £15 credit to spend at any Mytime Active centre or golf course.
3.2. Credit will only be awarded to entries that are chosen for use within Mytime Active marketing or promotional material.
3.3. A maximum of three (3) prizes per individual may be awarded.

4. Image Ownership & Usage Rights
4.1. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that the photograph is their own original work and that they have full rights to grant permission for its use.
4.2. By entering, the entrant grants Mytime Active a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute the image in any marketing, promotional, or publicity materials, in any format.
4.3. Mytime Active may use submitted images with or without credit to the photographer.

5. Selection Process
5.1. Images used for Mytime Active marketing will be selected by the Mytime Active Marketing Team based on suitability, quality, and relevance.
5.2. Selection does not guarantee future use of the image beyond initial publication.

6. General Terms
6.1. Mytime Active accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries.
6.2. Mytime Active reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the competition at any time.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
6.4. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal details submitted will be used only for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Mytime Active’s Privacy Policy.
7.2. Entrants may request deletion of their personal data at any time; however, withdrawal after submission will not revoke usage rights for already-published images.
