FREE Vital 5 Health Checks with Mytime Active

Find out how healthy you are with a Vital 5 check. The free, easy to access check, will measure your blood pressure, weight and mental health. It will also tell you if you are drinking at safe levels and can give advice on how to quit smoking.

These 5 areas are called the Vital 5 as they are vital for long-term good health and wellbeing. The Vital 5 check is free and takes up to 30 minutes. At the end you will get your personal Vital 5 passport, which is a good indication of your overall health and what you can do to improve it.

It’s important to you and your loved ones that your body is in good shape for as long as possible, A Vital 5 check can help quickly identify things that you may need to take care of. Either way, having your Vital 5 check is a great decision for your health.

We offer Vital 5 at THREE locations:

  • Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF
  • The SPA at Beckenham BR3 4PF
  • The Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre located on the first floor at Ravensleigh House, 22 Westmoreland Place, Bromley, BR1 1DS (opposite Bromley South Station). Current days and times are below

Times

  • Tuesday - 9am – 1pm at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre
  • Wednesday - 10am – 2pm at The SPA Leisure Centre in Beckenham
  • Thursday - 10am – 5pm at the Pavilion Leisure Centre
  • Friday - 9am – 12pm at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre
  • Saturday - 9am – 1pm at the Pavilion Leisure Centre

The appointments are free and last up to 30 minutes. You can either just walk in and if we are available, you can be seen straight away, or you can book an appt time in advance by emailing bromleywellbeing@mytimeactive.co.uk
