The One Bromley Wellbeing Hub is relocating
The One Bromley Wellbeing Hub, previously located in The Glades Shopping Centre, has moved to new premises at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre, Ravensleigh House, 22 Westmoreland Place, Bromley, BR1 1DS. The Hub will reopen on Tuesday 13 January 2026, offering a full range of health and wellbeing services.
Since July 2024, the Hub has successfully delivered expert healthcare directly to the local community from The Glades. This relocation will further strengthen the link between physical health and overall wellbeing by providing a central, dedicated and highly accessible space for essential community services.
From January 2026, residents will be able to access services at the Wellbeing Hub including Vital 5 health checks delivered by Mytime Active Lifestyle Advisers, Citizens Advice via Bromley Well, maternity services such as RSV and Whooping Cough vaccinations, a breastfeeding clinic, and smoking cessation advice and appointments.

While the One Bromley Wellbeing Hub is preparing to reopen, Mytime Active is pleased to continue offering free Vital 5 health checks at The Pavilion Leisure Centre in Bromley. These checks are available to all residents aged 18 and over (excluding pregnant women).
The Vital 5 focuses on five key areas for long-term health and wellbeing:
- Healthy blood pressure
- Stopping smoking
- Healthy weight
- Safe drinking
- Healthy mind
Vital 5 health checks are available as a walk-in service (check in at reception) or by pre-booked appointment now. To book, please email your name and phone number to bromleywellbeing@mytimeactive.co.uk with the subject line ‘Vital 5’, and a member of the team will contact you to arrange an appointment.
