Join us for a series of events and activities for World Wellbeing Week

To bring us together this Wellbeing Week, we’re hosting a series of special events and activities focused on supporting mental, physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including:

To celebrate the week, we're offering all members a free 30-minute personal training session. Receive tailored fitness advice, set goals, and get guidance to take the next step in your health journey. Fill out the enquiry form below and a member of the team will be in touch to book you in.

🚶 Wellbeing Walks
Join us for a guided 2.5k or 5k wellbeing walk, designed to boost both physical and mental wellbeing. All abilities are welcome.

  • High Elms Golf Club – Wednesday 24th June, 12:00

🧘 Sound Bowls & Yoga Nidra Sessions
Relax, reset, and recharge with our calming sessions designed to support stress reduction and mental wellbeing.

  • Pavilion – Wednesday 24th June, 12:15–12:45 – Sound Bowls
  • Spa – Thursday 25th June, 19:10–19:55 – Sound Bowls

🩺 Blood Pressure Checks in the Midlands
Free blood pressure checks will be available, offering valuable insights into your cardiovascular health and encouraging proactive wellbeing.

  • Hatchford Brook – during the week (drop in)
  • Pype Hayes – during the week (drop in)

🩺 Vital 5 checks available during the week in Bromley

Blood Pressure – Smoking – Alcohol – Mental Health and Wellbeing – Healthy Weight

Vital 5 Health Check Appointments will run  at the times listed below, the appointments are free and last up to 30 minutes. You can either walk in and if we are available, you can be seen straight away, or you can book an appointment time in advance. If you would like to do that, please email bromleywellbeing@mytimeactive.co.uk

We have 3 locations available for the checks

  • Pavilion Leisure Centre, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF
  • The Spa at Beckenham BR3 4PF
  • Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre located on the first floor at Ravensleigh House, 22 Westmoreland Place, Bromley, BR1 1DS (opposite Bromley South Station)

Tuesday - 9am – 1pm at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre

Wednesday - 10am – 2pm at The SPA Leisure Centre in Beckenham

Thursday - 10am – 5pm at the Pavilion Leisure Centre

Friday - 9am – 12pm at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre

Saturday - 9am – 1pm at the Pavilion Leisure Centre

What is World Wellbeing Week?

World Wellbeing Week is an annual event dedicated to promoting and celebrating all aspects of wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, social, and economic. It provides an opportunity for us to reflect on what wellbeing means, share positive practices, and encourage actions that support health and happiness in everyday life.

The week aims to:

  • Raise awareness about the importance of holistic wellbeing
  • Encourage self-care and support for others
  • Highlight initiatives and stories that promote wellness

It’s a time to talk openly about mental health, work-life balance, community support, and resilience — and to take meaningful steps, big or small, toward a more balanced, healthier life, both personally and collectively.
