What is World Wellbeing Week?
World Wellbeing Week is an annual event dedicated to promoting and celebrating all aspects of wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, social, and economic. It provides an opportunity for us to reflect on what wellbeing means, share positive practices, and encourage actions that support health and happiness in everyday life.
The week aims to:
- Raise awareness about the importance of holistic wellbeing
- Encourage self-care and support for others
- Highlight initiatives and stories that promote wellness
It’s a time to talk openly about mental health, work-life balance, community support, and resilience — and to take meaningful steps, big or small, toward a more balanced, healthier life, both personally and collectively.
To bring us together this Wellbeing Week, we’re hosting a series of special events. Check out this year’s programme above and join us as we come together to celebrate World Wellbeing Week.
All events bookable via Eventbrite ARE FREE but you must book a place.
