All members can enjoy a free 30-minute personal training session during the week. Receive tailored fitness advice, set goals, and get guidance to take the next step in your health journey.

🚶 Wellbeing Walks
Join us for a guided 2.5k or 5k wellbeing walk, designed to boost both physical and mental wellbeing. All abilities are welcome.

🧘 Sound Bowls & Yoga Nidra Sessions
Relax, reset, and recharge with our calming sessions designed to support stress reduction and mental wellbeing.

What is World Wellbeing Week?
World Wellbeing Week is an annual event dedicated to promoting and celebrating all aspects of wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, social, and economic. It provides an opportunity for us to reflect on what wellbeing means, share positive practices, and encourage actions that support health and happiness in everyday life.
The week aims to:
- Raise awareness about the importance of holistic wellbeing
- Encourage self-care and support for others
- Highlight initiatives and stories that promote wellness
It’s a time to talk openly about mental health, work-life balance, community support, and resilience — and to take meaningful steps, big or small, toward a more balanced, healthier life, both personally and collectively.
