Faced-paced variety

A fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for a short period before moving on to another exercise. Everyone begins at an exercise station and performs the specific move before moving to the next station. The number of stations depend on the number of participants and the length of the class. Each class provides a full body, multi-faceted workout.

If you're a beginner, you'll have the opportunity to go at your own pace and build your ability and fitness over time.
