HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a form of training which has become hugely popular in the recent years. A tough workout, where you work to 80-90% of your heart rate for short periods of time, followed by a recovery.

HIIT Circuits is a fast-paced circuit designed to work a different muscle group at every station, giving you an effective full body workout. A great workout for those who are short on time, as a typical HIIT session lasts only 20 - 30 minutes. Benefits of this type of training include improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced cholesterol, blood pressure and abdominal fat.
