Line up, line up! Join us to learn the basic line dancing steps routines, whilst having fun with friends and family. 

Challenge yourself to learn the different steps including heel dig, grapevine, weave, jazz square, triple step and pivot turns. When mastered, it can challenge the mind as well as the body. Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress.
