Power Stretch class combines elements of pilates, stretching and yoga, and is aimed at increasing your flexibility, joint mobility, muscle and core strength.
During Power Stretch sessions, our expert instructors will guide you through a series of intensive stretching and muscle strength exercises, increasing your blood flow around the body. By increasing your blood flow, your muscles become more elastic and flexible, so you are able to complete a deeper stretch.
The class also offers a great way to tone your whole body, focusing specifically on core strength.
