Generally practised lying down, our trained instructors rest you comfortably in corpse pose or 'savasana' and guide you through a nidra practise, starting with drawing attention to specific areas of the body. After a short time, you'll enter into an altered state of consciousness - the state between asleep and awake - where you’re fully conscious but your body and mind are fully at rest and ease.
