Our family friendly classes welcome children and young people from 11 years old when you accompany them. Ideal for keeping them active over the school holidays, and keeping up your own training schedule too! Just book them on when you make your own booking. Here are just two of our family friendly options:
- Beth brings you a different fun and energetic workout each week with Complete Conditioning, every Wednesday at 6pm
- Take the work out of workout with Zumba, now running every Sunday at 11.45am with Paola. Come and join the party!
Our popular Les Mills classes now include BODYATTACK and BODYPUMP. The music and moves in Les Mills classes change every three months, so you can get into a routine then have fun learning a new one.
- BODYATTACK is new to our programme of fitness classes, running on Mondays and Saturdays. In this high energy class you'll run, jump, squat, do pressups and more, to the sound of great tunes that keep you energised.
- BODYPUMP with Shreena at 8.10am on Sundays is now a full hour, by popular demand.
