Turn one day of inspiration into 20 days of action
This year’s theme, “Powered by You”, is all about recognising that everyone has the power to get active, whatever your age, ability or fitness level. But why stop at one day? At Mytime Active, we’re taking the National Fitness Day message and turning it into a challenge that keeps you moving long after the day itself.
Take on the Mytime Active 20/20 Challenge Starting on National Fitness Day, we’re challenging you to complete:20+ minutes of activity for 20 consecutive days.
And there’s a Mytime Active twist.
Every day, our fitness teams will set a new 20-minute challenge, giving you a different way to move, have fun and stay motivated. Challenges will be shared through our Mytime Active social channels and the Mytime Active app, so you’ll always have something new to try.
You could take part in a gym workout, a class, a swim, a walk, a round of golf or simply find your own way to get moving. There’s no one way to complete the challenge – every movement counts.20 days. 20+ minutes. Make it yours.
Whether you’re already active or looking for a reason to get started, the 20/20 Challenge is designed to be achievable, inclusive and fun. Start on National Fitness Day. Keep going for 20 days. See what you can achieve.
