A persons' legs, bum, and tum areas are often considered the worst parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. Our LBT class is a great workout experience designed to focus on your overall body shape, perfect activity to do with you friends.

Our classes start with a warm up to get your body moving and heart pumping before the real work begins. Shape up as you challenge yourself to cardio activity alongside high repetitions of lunges, squats and steps using your body weight and extra weights throughout the workout.
