We have not only seen quantifiable changes in the physical health of those recruited but we have also seen this initiative having a broader effect on their wellbeing. We are delighted to see our patients joining in, socialising as a community and smashing their personal bests’ week-on-week. This is a fantastic way to get the kids on our community moving for a happier healthier future”.
