Thank you for your feedback on our no show policy.

Our classes are very popular, and if you book but don't attend, you could be preventing someone else from booking a place.

We're asking for 24 hours' notice if you can't come to a class you've booked, as this gives others time to book their place. 

If you miss a class you've booked, and don't let us know, three times in three months, you’ll lose your option to book in advance for one month.

Your membership card will work as normal, giving you access to the facility for all activities included in your membership. There’ll be no disruption to the rest of your membership and you can still attend classes, but without the opportunity to book them in advance.   

You can cancel in person, online or by phone.

Make sure you either swipe your membership card or register at reception when you arrive for your class, or within three hours of the class starting, so we know you attended.

If you have a compelling reason for not attending the class, and you weren't able to cancel in time, do talk to one of our friendly team, who will be able to advise.
