Start a revolution!

Performed on stationary indoor bikes, this intense exercise class is a fantastic way to get fit, improving your cardio fitness and muscle tone at the same time.

As well as burning off unwanted calories, Group Cycling is a brilliant way to tone and strengthen the muscles in your legs and lower body. You can choose to either build strength, tone the muscles, or do both, depending on the amount of resistance you’re working against on the bike. The resistance is controlled by you during the class, so you can work to your own pace, and challenge yourself when you can!

The instructor will help you set up your bike at the beginning of the session, ensuring you the bike is the perfect height for you to achieve the most comfortable position. A great activity for those wanting to find a high intensity, but low impact workout, protecting knee and ankle joints from injury.
