From early 2019 (subject to planning approval), we’ll be redesigning our golf course to give you a better experience. We're building a brand new club house with modern facilities, as well as a new driving range and a gym.
If you're a current member, we're offering a special loyalty price of £999 for two years' membership or £1,499 for three years to reward you for staying with us. You can play our 9 hole course while the works are carried out, and enjoy access to our brand new facilities as soon as they open, including our new gym and studio, all for a fixed, one-time payment.
We're also offering a new 9 hole membership at just £549 for one year. Play any of our 9 hole courses, with a 20% discount at all our other golf courses, along with discounts on food and drink and a range of other benefits.
Nine holes of the course will close temporarily, but you’ll still be able to enjoy a full round. The old club house will stay open until the new building is ready.
We've put together a list of frequently asked questions, but if you still have a question, or some feedback for us, call us on 01622 753 276, email firstname.lastname@example.org or drop in to the club house and talk to a member of the team.
Frequently asked questions
When does the work start and finish?
We are awaiting a start date for the works, which are scheduled to finish in January 2021. We're aiming to open the new club house in December 2019.
Will there be communications and photos of the works?
Yes. We’ll keep you updated on social media and on the display boards in the club house.
Can I play at other Mytime Active courses during the construction and while only 9 holes are open?
If you have a 5 or 7 day membership, you can play at any of our 16 golf courses, any time.
Can I still play 18 holes while the course is reduced to 9 holes?
Yes, you can go round the 9 hole course twice. Make sure you book 18 holes when you reserve your tee time.
What will the new course be like?
The new course will be slightly shorter than before, but we think you’ll find it an enjoyable challenge. There is no plan to renew any of the bunkers. The course designer is Bruce Weller.
What about the new club house?
As well as changing facilities, a golf pro shop and a new food and beverage area, we’ll have a gym, exercise studio and even more function space for events.
Where will the new club house be?
The new club house will be looking up from the old first tee. The old building will be demolished to create extra parking spaces, so we can accommodate all our customers.
Will the cost of membership go up when the new facilities open?
Membership prices will reflect inflation, and will not be affected by the works.
When will the new course, new club house and driving range open?
The club house will be completed by 1st December 2019. We hope the driving range will also be completed at this time. The 18 hole course will reopen in January 2021.
