Danie, 74, has been a keen line dancer with Mytime Active’s Primetime programme since she retired in 2010.

Jane, 74, from Beckenham joined Mytime Active’s Primetime classes after retiring from her demanding career as a Civil Servant.

Marcus, 31, lives in Orpington and has been attending MyTime Active’s MyClub for the last few years. 

Phil and Anne from Bromley are both in their seventies. Together they are certainly enjoying their retirement.

Ayesha, 37, has been attending MyClub since the summer of 2023. Here, Ayesha, who has autism learning disorders, as well as being epileptic, will talk about the positive impact attending MyClub has had on her overall wellbeing.

Jean Smith-Chandler, 79, lives in Bromley. Originally from South Africa, Jean and her husband moved back to the UK in 2008 after a brutal attack at their home in South Africa.

Alan, 75, and Dot, 71, from Bromley have been married for 47 years.  In their retirement, they are keen to keep as social and as active as possible.

RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme gives your child the skills they need to be confident in the pool or the sea.  It gives them skills to help save themselves in the water and what to do if they see others in trouble.
