Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is considered a gentle style of yoga, focusing on breath, mind and body.
Great for beginners through focus on static poses, the class also includes a short
period for mediation at the end. 

Hatha Flow Yoga This class uses Hatha Yoga fundamentals of breath, poses and mediation, but moves at
a faster pace. Perfect for those who enjoy Hatha Yoga but looking for an extra challenge.
Power Yoga Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice to Build internal heat, increase stamina,
strength, and flexibility.
Pregnancy Yoga A session of stretch and relaxation specifically designed for pregnancy. Workout in a safe
environment, lead by our pre and postnatal qualified Yoga instructor.
Seated Yoga Relaxing and health enhancing movements coordinated to help focus mind and body.

Sivananda Yoga Sivananda yoga is one of the slower-paced styles of yoga that focuses more on
meditation, breathing, and spirituality. The style is based on five branches of yoga
philosophy: relaxation, meditation, diet, positive thinking, exercise, and proper breathing.
Sunrise Yoga A perfect way to strengthen the mind, renew your spirit, and fit in some physical exercise - all
in one class! Exercising in the morning boosts your energy levels and reduces your stress
levels, making sure you leave the class feeling relaxed, calm, and focused for the day
ahead of you.
Tiny Tots & Toddler Yoga A range of exercise classes designed for women getting back into exercise after
pregnancy. No need to worry about childcare, as this classes welcome tiny tots,
so you can have fun doing an activity, whilst also spending some time together
with your toddler.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Flow and restore postures with breathing techniques and mobility exercises, for
optimal function of the body, along with soothing guided meditations and sound
to heal and calm the mind and soul.
Yoga Nidra Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping,
like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.
Yogalates Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates. De-stress, meditate, tone and strengthen
in one workout. Wake up the spine, embrace your core and target specific muscle
groups.
Hot Yoga

Join us at our brand new Mind & Body Studio at The Spa at Beckenham, for our range of Hot Yoga classes.

Hot temperatures and high humidity make your muscles more pliable and make it easier for your muscles to stretch. This means you can increase your muscles range of motion and stretch deeper within each pose. To help your body manage the heat and therefore keep your skin cool, you will experience an increased heart rate compared to traditional Yoga. This means you get a good cardio workout while working on your flex.
